Responsibilities
Provide high-quality emergency and critical care to small animal patients
Triage, diagnose, stabilise, and treat urgent cases
Perform emergency procedures and treatments as required
Communicate clearly and compassionately with clients during stressful situations
Collaborate closely with technicians and support staff
Maintain accurate medical records and thorough case handovers
Candidate Profile
DVM / VMD or equivalent qualification
Licensed or eligible for licensure in Texas
Passion for emergency and critical care medicine
Emergency experience preferred but not required
Open to new graduates with mentorship support
Strong teamwork, communication, and decision-making skills
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: $110,000 – $160,000+ DOE
