About the Role
As an Overnight Emergency Veterinarian, you will provide after-hours emergency and critical care to small animal patients. You’ll work within a collaborative overnight team focused on efficient medicine, clear communication, and strong case handovers.

Responsibilities
Provide high-quality emergency and critical care to small animal patients
Triage, diagnose, stabilise, and manage urgent and critical cases
Perform emergency procedures and treatments as required
Communicate clearly and compassionately with clients
Collaborate closely with technicians and support staff
Maintain accurate medical records and effective shift handovers
Candidate Profile
DVM / VMD or equivalent qualification
Licensed or eligible for licensure in Texas
Emergency or fast-paced clinical experience preferred but not required
Open to new graduates with mentorship support
Comfortable working overnight and weekend shifts
Calm under pressure with strong teamwork and communication skills
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: $110,000 – $160,000+ DOE
