Key Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of clients and take ownership of client relationships
Prepare year-end accounts, CT600, Corporation Tax, and Self-Assessment Tax Returns
Manage clients’ payroll and VAT submissions
Provide tax planning, accountancy advice, and IR35 guidance
Ensure clients meet statutory deadlines such as VAT returns and RTI submissions
Build client relationships to generate referrals
Onboard new clients and manage expectations
Undertake additional duties as requested within the scope of the role
Candidate Requirements
Minimum one accountancy examination passed
At least 2 years’ experience in an accountancy practice
Strong client-facing and relationship management skills
Knowledge of tax, payroll, VAT, and accountancy compliance
Proactive, detail-oriented, and professional
