This role provides hands-on experience managing a client portfolio across accounts, tax, and management reporting, making it ideal for someone with at least 2 years’ practice experience who wants to grow in a supportive and professional environment.

Accounts & Tax Associate Responsibilities
Prepare Sole Trader, Partnership, and Limited Company accounts
Prepare Corporation Tax Returns
Prepare VAT Returns
Prepare Management Accounts
Prepare Personal Tax Returns
Assist with client queries and support the wider accounts team
Candidate Requirements
Minimum 2 years’ experience in an accounting practice
Strong knowledge of accounts and tax preparation
Detail-oriented and able to manage workload effectively
Professional, proactive, and client-focused
Team player with excellent communication skills
Proficient in accounting software (Sage, Xero, QuickBooks, IRIS, or similar)
