Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary contact for a diverse portfolio of clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery
Oversee the preparation and review of year-end accounts and mixed tax work
Identify opportunities for advisory services and business development
Collaborate with partners to refine firm-wide strategy and operational improvements
Support, mentor, and develop team members within Accounts and Tax
Maintain strong commercial awareness and uphold high technical standards
About You
ACA/ACCA qualified
Strong background in a client-facing practice role (Client Manager / Senior Client Manager / Director level)
Excellent working knowledge of mixed tax, with advisory exposure preferred
Commercially astute with proven relationship-building skills
Proactive, people-focused and committed to delivering high-quality client service
Confident leading teams and supporting firm-wide development
