Salary: £50,000 – £60,000 (depending on experience and qualifications)

Manage a portfolio of clients (primarily limited companies) providing accounting, compliance, and advisory services
Build trusted client relationships and provide practical, commercial advice
Lead and develop junior team members while driving efficiency and portfolio growth
Key Responsibilities
Manage client portfolios and provide hands-on service, advice, and solutions
Review accounts, returns, and tax work; provide guidance to colleagues
Plan assignments, manage budgets, and meet efficiency and recovery targets
Allocate work across the team, monitor progress, and ensure timely client service
Support business development by preparing quotes and recommending solutions
Contribute to billing, recoveries, and portfolio financial management
Stay up to date with regulatory changes and share knowledge with team and clients
Promote effective use of technology and best practice processes
Skills & Experience
Fully qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA or equivalent)
Proven experience managing client portfolios
Leadership experience in a similar role
Strong technical knowledge of accounting, tax, and compliance
Proficiency with accounting and tax software
