Accounts Semi-Senior Responsibilities
Prepare accounts for supervisor/manager review and approval
Prepare company tax computations
Raise queries to assist with supervisor/manager review
Coach and mentor junior team members
Supervise and review the work of junior staff
Build strong client relationships
Keep up to date with changes in accounting standards
Contribute to varied projects and work with the wider team
Candidate Requirements
2–3 years’ accounting experience
Passionate about delivering high-quality client service
Strong communication skills with colleagues and clients
Knowledge of Iris Software and MyWorkpapers preferred but not essential
Commercial awareness and excellent time management
Friendly, approachable, and team-oriented
Working Hours & Flexibility
Full-time hours, flexible working options available
Home working possible after 12 months of service
