A fast-growing accounting practice in Wolverhampton is seeking an Accounts Senior to join their expanding team. With a portfolio of around 700 clients, the practice works with sole traders, limited companies, and partnerships across multiple industries. This role is ideal for someone who wants a small, supportive team, a hybrid working model, and a good work-life balance.

Accounts Senior Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of clients, producing accounts from start to finish
Assist junior staff, delegate tasks, and review work for accuracy
Act as the main point of contact for clients, answering queries and liaising with HMRC
Work closely with Directors and the Accounts team to deliver high-quality service
Continue studies for ACCA/ACA if required
Contribute to the growth and success of the practice
Candidate Requirements
Currently working as an Accounts Senior in an accounting practice
4+ years’ experience in practice
ACA or ACCA qualified, or part-qualified nearing completion
Experience across multiple client sectors preferred
Local to Wolverhampton
Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently
Working Hours & Flexibility
Full-time hours, hybrid work model available
