The Role

As an Accounts Senior, you will be responsible for supporting the delivery of accounting services across a varied client portfolio within a busy accountancy practice environment.

  • Providing on-the-job guidance and mentoring to trainees and junior team members

  • Supporting the wider team to maintain high technical and professional standards

About You

  • Experience with cloud accounting systems such as Xero or Sage

  • A good understanding of VAT, bookkeeping, and general accounting compliance

  • Strong communication skills and the confidence to work directly with clients

Experience with grant audits or independent examinations would be beneficial but is not essential.

A full UK driving licence is preferred as occasional local travel may be required.
