Accounts Senior/Manager
Location: Harrogate
Hours: Full time
Salary: Up to £55,000 DOE

Key Responsibilities
- Managing a portfolio of SME and owner-managed business clients
- Preparing and reviewing statutory accounts and management accounts
- Assisting clients with bookkeeping, VAT, and cloud accounting solutions
- Supervising and mentoring junior staff, reviewing work and providing feedback
- Liaising directly with clients to resolve queries and deliver a high standard of service
- Working closely with the partners to identify opportunities for additional services and business development
- Ensuring all client deadlines are met in a timely and efficient manner
The Ideal Candidate
- ACA/ACCA qualified or qualified by experience
- Strong experience in an accountancy practice environment
- Confident communicator with excellent client-facing skills
- Proficient in cloud-based accounting software such as Xero or QuickBooks
- Able to manage multiple deadlines while maintaining attention to detail
- Experience of staff supervision or interest in developing into a managerial role
