Accounts Senior/Manager
Location: Harrogate
Hours: Full time
Salary: Up to £55,000 DOE

Key Responsibilities
Managing a portfolio of SME and owner-managed business clients
Preparing and reviewing statutory accounts and management accounts
Assisting clients with bookkeeping, VAT, and cloud accounting solutions
Supervising and mentoring junior staff, reviewing work and providing feedback
Liaising directly with clients to resolve queries and deliver a high standard of service
Working closely with the partners to identify opportunities for additional services and business development
Ensuring all client deadlines are met in a timely and efficient manner
The Ideal Candidate
ACA/ACCA qualified or qualified by experience
Strong experience in an accountancy practice environment
Confident communicator with excellent client-facing skills
Proficient in cloud-based accounting software such as Xero or QuickBooks
Able to manage multiple deadlines while maintaining attention to detail
Experience of staff supervision or interest in developing into a managerial role
