An established and expanding independent chartered accountancy practice in Worcester is seeking an Audit & Accounts Semi Senior or Senior to join their supportive team. This role offers hands-on experience across audit, accounts preparation, and business advisory services, with full study support for ACA or ACCA.

Key Responsibilities
Assist with and/or lead audit assignments from planning to completion
Prepare statutory accounts for limited companies, partnerships, and sole traders
Prepare corporate and personal tax computations
Support junior team members and contribute to their training and development
Liaise directly with clients and build strong professional relationships
Work closely with managers and partners on client engagements
Person Specification
Part-qualified or fully qualified ACA / ACCA
Experience within a UK accountancy practice
Exposure to both audit and accounts preparation
Good knowledge of accounting software (e.g., Xero, Sage, QuickBooks)
Strong communication skills and attention to detail
Professional, proactive, and client-focused approach
