Hours: Full-time, 5 days per week
A long-standing independent accountancy practice in Coventry is seeking an Audit and Accounts Senior to join their experienced team. This role is ideal for a newly qualified or recently qualified ACA/ACCA accountant looking to work on a diverse client portfolio while gaining responsibility for mentoring juniors and supporting management.

Audit and Accounts Senior Responsibilities
Provide Audit and Accounts services to a diverse client portfolio across multiple sectors
Work on-site with local clients, traveling around Coventry as required
Assist in mentoring, coaching, and reviewing work of junior staff
Support clients with budgeting, goal-setting, and ongoing financial advice
Collaborate closely with management to deliver high-quality client services
Ensure compliance and accuracy in all audit and accounting work
Candidate Requirements
ACA/ACCA qualified accountant
Ideally 1-2 years post-qualification experience in practice
Experience in both audit and accounts
Local to Coventry and able to work on-site and travel to client locations
Professional, approachable, and confident communicator
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple clients
