Role Overview
The Audit and Advisory Senior Executive will play a key role in delivering high-quality audits and advisory services across a varied client base. This position involves both technical accounting responsibilities and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Support audits from planning through to completion in accordance with auditing standards
Prepare financial statements for clients across multiple sectors
Carry out VAT compliance work and prepare management accounts
Supervise and mentor junior staff, providing training, guidance, and feedback
Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing proactive advice and insights
Assist in business growth initiatives and deliver high standards of client service
Candidate Requirements
Strong technical knowledge of UK auditing and accounting standards
Experience conducting financial audits and preparing financial statements
Professional certification desirable (ACA, ACCA), but part-qualified candidates will be considered
High attention to detail, accuracy, and professional integrity
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
