Key Responsibilities

Manage and lead audit engagements from planning to completion, ensuring compliance with auditing standards, regulations, and firm policies

Coordinate and supervise audit teams, providing guidance and support throughout the audit process

Review audit work, financial statements, and supporting documentation for accuracy and compliance
-
Communicate effectively with clients to understand business processes, identify risks, and provide recommendations
-
Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor on audit matters
-
Stay up-to-date with auditing standards, accounting regulations, and industry developments
-
Contribute to the development and implementation of audit methodologies and best practices
-
Support business development efforts including proposals, client presentations, and networking
Key Requirements

ACA / ACCA qualified (or equivalent)

Significant audit experience in an accountancy practice

Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills

Ability to manage multiple client engagements and mentor junior staff
