A growing accountancy firm in the North West is seeking a skilled Audit Manager to join their expanding team. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified accountant looking to advance their career while enjoying hybrid working flexibility, career development, and excellent benefits.
Salary: £45,000 – £52,000 per year (dependent on experience)
Location: North West England – hybrid working available
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:45am – 5:00pm (36.25 hours per week)

Key Responsibilities
As an Audit Manager, you will:
Lead and manage statutory audits across a variety of industries and client sizes
Review the work of junior and senior team members to ensure high-quality delivery
Support the audit team with planning, execution, and completion of audits
Attend opening and closing meetings with clients and senior stakeholders
Report directly to the directors and contribute to audit strategy
Ideal Candidate
We are looking for someone who is:
ACA or ACCA qualified (or qualified by experience)
Experienced in leading audit teams or supervising junior staff
Knowledgeable in statutory audits across multiple sectors
Bonus: Experience preparing financial statements for companies, partnerships, and sole traders, or preparing corporation tax computations
