A large and reputable accountancy practice in Birmingham is seeking an Audit Semi-Senior to join their team. This full-time role is ideal for someone with at least 2 years’ practice experience, working across a variety of client sectors. The firm offers study support for ACA/ACCA to help you progress professionally.
Salary & Benefits:
Circa £28,000 – £35,000 per year, dependent on experience and ACA/ACCA exam progress

Key Responsibilities:
Assist with audit assignments across a diverse client portfolio
Work under the supervision of senior staff to ensure audits meet regulatory and quality standards
Prepare audit schedules, working papers, and supporting documentation
Liaise with clients and gather information necessary for audit completion
Support junior audit staff and contribute to their development
Requirements:
AAT Level 4 qualified and/or relevant Accountancy & Finance degree
Minimum 2 years’ experience in audit practice
Actively studying ACA/ACCA with a good exam transcript
Able to travel locally, preferably with own car
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and organisational abilities
