Key Responsibilities

Prepare financial accounts for sole traders, partnerships, and limited companies

Assist in planning, fieldwork, and completion of audits across a range of clients

Prepare corporation and personal tax computations for review

Support and mentor junior colleagues where appropriate

Liaise directly with clients, providing clear communication and proactive service

Maintain accurate records, reconciliations, and supporting schedules
-
Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal processes and client experience

Work collaboratively with other departments to deliver integrated client solutions
Ideal Candidate Profile

Part-qualified (ACA / ACCA) or actively studying towards qualification

Proven experience working within an accountancy practice environment

Strong technical grounding in accounts preparation and/or audit

Confident communicator with strong interpersonal and organisational skills

High attention to detail and a methodical approach to work

Adaptable, motivated, and keen to develop professionally within a growing firm

Team-oriented with a positive, proactive attitude
