Key Responsibilities:
Lead audits from planning through to completion for a diverse client portfolio
Supervise and support junior team members, reviewing work and providing feedback
Assist Accountants with workload, including accounts preparation where required
Liaise directly with clients to provide a professional and responsive service
Ensure compliance with relevant UK GAAP and auditing standards
Requirements:
ACA or ACCA qualified
Demonstrable experience leading audits in a UK accountancy practice
Strong technical knowledge of UK GAAP and auditing standards
Ideally experience in accounts preparation to support the Accounts team
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues
