Role Overview
The Bookkeeper will provide high-quality bookkeeping and compliance services to a range of small business clients. You will ensure accurate financial records, assist with payroll and VAT, and become a trusted point of contact for clients.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain accurate bookkeeping for clients
Prepare VAT returns and ensure timely submission
Assist with payroll processing and CIS returns
Support clients in understanding and managing their finances
Embrace new accounting technologies and systems
Candidate Requirements
Qualified to, or working towards, AAT Level 4
Proficient in Xero with working knowledge of QuickBooks and BrightPay
Minimum 2 years’ practice experience preferred
Strong communication skills and ability to inspire clients
Dynamic, proactive, and technology-savvy
Client-focused with a drive to make a tangible impact
