What you will do
Audit Delivery
-
Plan, coordinate, and manage audit assignments for a varied client base
-
Assess risks, review controls, and ensure all audit files are completed to a high standard

Deliver work within agreed deadlines and budgets
-
Use your technical expertise to enhance audit quality and processes
Team Leadership

Lead and mentor audit teams

Provide coaching, guidance, and structured feedback

Support junior team members to build skills and progress
Client Relationships

Build strong relationships with clients across sectors such as manufacturing, TMT, lifestyle, and leisure

Develop a full understanding of each client’s business to provide tailored advice

Represent the firm professionally and ensure consistent client satisfaction
Compliance and Quality

Ensure all audits meet internal and regulatory requirements

Review accounts, tax computations, letters of representation, and board reports

Maintain up-to-date technical knowledge through CPD and industry engagement
What you need
-
ACA or ACCA qualified (or equivalent)

Strong background in audit within an accountancy practice

Experience working with SME and/or international clients

Proven ability to lead and develop audit teams

Strong Excel skills
-
Experience with platforms such as Power BI or Data Snipper

Interest in AI and emerging technologies
