This senior leadership role is ideal for an ACCA, ACA, or CIMA-qualified accountant with proven experience in practice, client relationship management, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities
Client Service & Retention
Own and manage client relationships across your team’s portfolio
Maximise client retention and identify opportunities to enhance client experience
Ensure all outputs meet high standards of quality and compliance
Tax Planning & Advisory
Deliver strategic tax planning and advisory services, including FD services
Ensure all practice production, deadlines, and quality/compliance standards are met
Leadership & Team Development
Lead and mentor your team, helping them reach their potential
Monitor team performance and financial outcomes to achieve targets
Inspire your team to adopt a commercial and growth-focused mindset
Strategic Insight & Business Development
Provide data-driven updates on team financial performance, client service, and portfolio growth
Identify opportunities for improvement and contribute ideas to support future direction of the firm
Build knowledge of client needs and market trends to stay ahead of the industry
Experience and Qualifications
ACCA, ACA, or CIMA qualified
Proven senior leadership and management experience within an accountancy practice
Track record of growing client portfolios and helping client businesses succeed
Strong commercial acumen and strategic insight
Experience with Xero or ability to adapt to new accounting software
Excellent client service, communication, and team development skills
