Key Responsibilities:
Manage a portfolio of clients, acting as their primary point of contact
Review and finalise statutory accounts, tax returns, and management reports
Provide proactive accounting and tax advice to clients
Oversee, mentor, and support junior team members, including workflow management
Ensure compliance with UK accounting and tax regulations
Identify opportunities for additional services and new business growth
Requirements:
ACA or ACCA qualified
Significant experience working within a UK accountancy practice
Proven experience managing client relationships
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple deadlines and client expectations
Confident using cloud-based accounting software and digital tools
