Client Accounts Manager
Location: Leamington Spa, Warwickshire
Contract: Full time, Hybrid available
Salary: £45,000 - £50,000
An independent practice is seeking a highly motivated Client Manager to oversee a portfolio of valued Accounts clients and act as a trusted advisor to businesses across a wide range of sectors. You’ll provide expert advice, maintain exceptional service standards, all while playing a key role in the ongoing growth and development of the Practice. This is an exciting opportunity to take on greater responsibility, work closely with senior leaders, and help shape the success of client relationships.
Duties:
- Oversight of a portfolio of clients and acting as a trusted advisor for businesses across a wide range of sectors
- Developing client relationships and being the main contact point for your clients whilst ensuring all internal departmental work for your clients is completed in a timely manner
- Work closely with Managers and Partners to ensure client expectations and deadlines are met
- Support with training and development of junior members of the team
- Responsibility for client billing and WIP management
- Any other ad hoc work as required
The successful candidate:
- ACA, ACCA or QBE, with at least 5 years of practice experience
- Previous experience managing a client portfolio
- Excellent communication skills, highly organised with a proactive approach to problem solving
- Knowledge of various accounting software including Sage, Xero and Quickbooks
