Role Overview
The Digital Accountant will work closely with clients to streamline accounting processes using digital solutions and cloud technology. You will be responsible for bookkeeping, management accounts, year-end accounts, and providing digital support for clients.
Key Responsibilities
Perform daily bookkeeping and maintain accurate client records
Prepare monthly management accounts and insightful financial reports
Produce year-end accounts for businesses of varying sizes and types
Provide friendly, responsive support for Xero and related apps
Research and promote automation technologies to improve client workflows
Assist in spreading the company’s story on social media platforms
Candidate Requirements
Xero Certified with strong knowledge of associated apps
2+ years’ experience in a practice environment
Experience with management accounts, monthly reporting, and finance processes
Strong analysis skills using Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
Positive, team-oriented attitude with ability to build strong client and internal relationships
Proactive, driven, and capable of delivering WOW experiences for clients
