Salary: £38,000 – £45,000
About the Role
A dynamic and forward-thinking financial reporting agency is currently seeking a self-motivated, passionate, and reliable Management Accountant to join their growing team. This role will involve overseeing trainees and delivering high-quality management accounting services to a varied client base, including advising on more complex areas of VAT legislation.
Key Responsibilities
Providing management accounting services to clients
Offering advice on complex VAT matters
Overseeing and supporting trainee team members
Working closely with junior staff to interpret client requirements
Implementing and improving financial controls and systems
Communicating effectively with clients and internal stakeholders
About You
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in finance roles (practice or industry)
Qualified or part-qualified ACCA, ACA, or CIMA
Ideally AAT qualified
Strong communication and leadership skills
Highly organised, reliable, and client-focused
