Our client is seeking a Part-Qualified Assistant Auditor (ACA/ACCA) to join their professional team. This role offers hands-on audit experience across diverse sectors, exposure to statutory accounts, and the opportunity to develop technical and client management skills in a structured, supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities
Assist with audits of company/group accounts across various sectors
Prepare draft statutory accounts from trial balances
Complete draft corporation tax computations
Communicate effectively with clients regarding audit progress and queries
Ensure all work meets firm standards and provides exceptional client service
Person Specification
ACA/ACCA Part-Qualified
2–3 years’ experience in a practice environment
Experience auditing multiple sections of client files under FRS: 102
Experience preparing tax computations and provisions, including deferred tax
Proficient in IT, including accounting software such as CCH Accounts Production, Caseware, Alphatax, Xero, Xero Workpapers, and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong communication skills; able to liaise with clients and colleagues at all levels
Accurate, methodical, organised, and able to manage own workload
Team-oriented, personable, and professional
