Payroll Administrator
Location: Huddersfield, West Yorkshire
Hours: Full time, 36.25 hours per week
Salary: Up to £33,000

Responsibilities:
Manage portfolio of clients and have primary responsibility for their compliance reporting
Preparation of weekly, fortnightly, 4 weekly, monthly, and annual payrolls in the required timely fashion
Inform client of any HMRC liabilities, pension liabilities and any other liabilities due to the payroll
Make submissions to HMRC and pension providers in the required time
Liaise with client managers when there is an issue they need to be aware of regarding their client or need their assistance
Ensure all deadlines are met where possible and if not, the Team Leader is informed
Deal with queries received from clients and pass on to the appropriate colleague where necessary
Liaise with HMRC and other external sources as required
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients
Review of any further services can be provided by the firm to increase fee income or areas to enhance client service
