Key Responsibilities
Oversee a portfolio of personal tax clients
Assist with the training and mentoring of junior staff
Support the tax manager/director with client queries
Provide guidance and support to colleagues on personal tax matters
Ensure accurate and timely completion of client deliverables
Person Specification
Minimum 2 years’ experience in practice
Strong knowledge of personal tax and relevant legislation
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Professional, client-focused, and proactive approach
Ability to mentor junior staff and support team development
