Role Overview
As a Senior Accountant, you will manage a broad and varied client portfolio while delivering high-quality accounting, tax, and advisory services. This role is ideal for an experienced Practice professional seeking to advance their career in a thriving St Ives environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of clients across multiple sectors
Prepare and submit year-end accounts for Sole Traders, Limited Companies and Partnerships
Prepare and submit Corporation Tax computations
Prepare and submit quarterly VAT returns
Provide proactive support and advice to clients as needed

This long-established Chartered Tax Adviser and Accountancy practice has served the West Cornwall region since the 1960s. The team delivers a highly professional and proactive accounting service to businesses across St Ives, the wider UK and Europe.
Candidate Requirements
Minimum 4 years’ experience in an accountancy practice
ACCA or ACA qualified
Strong technical knowledge and confidence managing client portfolios
Excellent communication and organisational skills
