Full-Time, Permanent Role: Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm

Key Responsibilities
Prepare accounts for sole traders, partnerships, and limited companies, including tax computations and capital allowance calculations from manual and digital records
Prepare self-assessment, partnership, and CT600 tax returns
Use various accounting software, including Sage, Xero, QuickBooks, Tax Calc, VT, and Microsoft Excel
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and current legislation
Maintain Anti-Money Laundering compliance
Liaise directly with clients to provide advice, resolve queries, and deliver a personal service
Train clients on digital accounting systems as required
Candidate Requirements
ACCA, AAT, or ATT qualified preferred, or equivalent practical experience
Minimum 3 years’ experience in accountancy practice
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines
UK resident with UK-based experience; no sponsorship required
Office-based in Ashton-in-Makerfield
