Hours: 37.5 hours per week, office-based (flexible options available)
Our client, a well-established and client-focused accounting practice in Brighouse, is seeking a Senior Accountant to join their friendly team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified accountant to manage their own portfolio, develop strong client relationships, and contribute to a supportive work environment.

Senior Accountant Responsibilities
Manage and service a portfolio of clients across various industries
Prepare and review limited company, sole trader, and partnership accounts
Review corporation tax and self-assessment tax returns
Conduct accounts and tax return sign-off meetings with clients
Develop strong client relationships through regular meetings and support
Expand client portfolio by taking on new business
Guide and support trainees within the practice
Candidate Requirements
ACCA qualified (ACA/CTA also considered)
Previous client-facing experience within an accounting practice
Experience managing a portfolio of clients
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Highly organized and able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Working Hours
37.5 hours per week (9am – 5pm) with a 30-minute lunch
Flexi-time system available between 10am and 3pm
Primarily office-based, with some flexibility for home working if required
