Manage a portfolio of clients, delivering high-quality compliance and advisory services
Prepare statutory accounts for limited companies, partnerships, and sole traders
Oversee VAT returns, management accounts, and corporate tax computations
Support and mentor junior team members with supervision and technical guidance
Liaise directly with clients, providing proactive advice and identifying opportunities for added value
Ensure all work is completed to deadlines in accordance with relevant legislation and internal procedures
Assist with workflow planning and support partners in strategic areas when required

ACA / ACCA qualified or equivalent, with post-qualification experience in practice
Strong technical knowledge of accounting and tax principles
Proven ability to manage a client portfolio and build long-term client relationships
Excellent communication, organisational, and leadership skills
Proficient in cloud-based accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks) and Microsoft Office
