The firm specialises in delivering tailored services that go beyond year-end accounts — including business development, tax planning, and ongoing relationship management.
This role is ideal for an experienced Senior Accountant ready to take the next step in an environment that values your advisory capabilities, professional growth, and well-being.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare annual accounts for limited companies, partnerships, and sole traders
Prepare corporate and personal tax returns
Act as a trusted advisor to clients — supporting with business development, succession planning, and accounting software guidance
Provide proactive relationship management and advice beyond compliance
Identify client needs early and implement practical, tailored solutions
Communicate confidently with clients through meetings, calls, and reviews
Use and support accounting software (IRIS, Sage, Excel); experience ideal but training available
Ideal Candidate Profile
Minimum 3 years’ experience in accountancy practice
ACA or ACCA qualified (or part-qualified), or qualified by experience
Proven background preparing accounts and tax returns across multiple entity types
Strong advisory and client relationship management skills
Excellent analytical ability and attention to detail
Confident communicator with a proactive, problem-solving approach
Familiarity with IRIS, Sage, and Excel (training available if required)
