Salary: Up to £53,000 (dependant upon experience)
Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent

The Role
Our client is seeking a qualified and experienced Senior Accountant/Assistant Manager to join their dynamic team. This role is ideal for a professional looking to take the next step in their career within a supportive and client-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a diverse portfolio of clients, including sole traders, partnerships, and limited companies
Prepare and review statutory accounts, management accounts, and tax returns
Provide proactive business and tax advice to clients
Assist in the training and development of junior staff
Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards and regulations
Liaise with clients to build and maintain strong relationships
Candidate Requirements
ACA, ACCA, or equivalent qualification
Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role within an accountancy practice
Strong technical knowledge of accounting and tax principles
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to manage multiple clients and meet deadlines
