A fast-growing, multi-disciplinary accountancy and financial services firm in Poole, Dorset is seeking a Tax Semi-Senior to join their expanding team. This client-facing role is ideal for someone ready to manage their own client portfolio, provide high-quality tax services, and contribute to the growth and success of the firm.
Salary & Benefits:
£28,000 – £36,000 per year, dependent on experience
Full-time, permanent position

Key Responsibilities:
Act as the primary point of contact for a client portfolio, coordinating all required services
Conduct annual and regular client reviews, including fee assessment and tax planning
Deliver services in line with regulatory, client, and internal standards
Manage budgets, chargeable hours, and workflow for your portfolio, including supporting apprentices and junior staff
Motivate, mentor, and develop team members to reach their full potential
Act as an ambassador of the firm, promoting services across tax planning, financial planning, auditing, and business advisory
Implement initiatives and projects as instructed by the board
Generate new business enquiries within your team and across other service lines
Requirements:
Previous experience in tax compliance and advisory within a practice or corporate environment
Strong client management and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and ensure timely delivery of services
Professional integrity and adherence to regulatory and firm standards
Proactive, motivated, and team-oriented
