An independent chartered accountancy practice in Coventry is seeking a Tax Senior to join their team. This role offers hands-on experience across corporate reorganisations, incorporations, employee share schemes, and other tax planning assignments, with opportunities to develop technical expertise and client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in planning and delivering tax projects, including corporate reorganisations and incorporations
Draft instructions, HMRC filings, and clearance applications
Liaise with clients, solicitors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery
Provide accurate financial and tax advice, escalating complex matters when appropriate
Maintain strong client relationships through professional communication
Ensure compliance with relevant tax legislation and ethical standards
Identify opportunities for tax efficiencies and process improvements
Person Specification
Strong understanding of UK tax areas including Corporation Tax, Income Tax, Capital Gains Tax, Stamp Taxes, Inheritance Tax, and Employment Taxes
Qualified: ACCA/ACA and ATT/CTA or equivalent
Strong attention to detail with a methodical, process-driven approach
Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with clients
Ability to manage deadlines and work effectively under pressure
Proactive mindset with commitment to learning and professional development
