Hours: Full-time (40 hours per week) – 4-day working week with paid lunch breaks
Salary: £31,000 per annum (£15.00 – £15.50 per hour, depending on experience)

Responsibilities
Rotating between inpatient care, theatre duties, and consulting roles
Delivering high-quality nursing care to a varied small animal caseload
Monitoring anaesthesia and assisting in surgical procedures
Providing excellent inpatient and outpatient care
Supporting consultations and client communication
Contributing to day-to-day practice operations and maintaining clinical standards
Participating in a 1:5 weekend rota (with some variation) and bank holiday cover
Working collaboratively with vets and support staff to ensure efficient clinical delivery
Candidate Profile
Qualified and Registered Veterinary Nurse (RVN)
Previous experience in a small animal veterinary setting
Confident in theatre, inpatient care, and consulting
Strong clinical skills with attention to detail
A proactive, team-oriented approach
Passionate about delivering excellent patient and client care
Flexible and willing to contribute to a shared weekend and bank holiday rota
Compensation & Benefits
