A newly established independent small animal practice is looking for a Registered Veterinary Nurse to join their friendly and collaborative team. This is an excellent opportunity for an RVN seeking genuine work–life balance, clinical involvement, and a positive, close-knit environment without corporate pressures.

£28,000 - £33,000 (dependent on experience)

Only 1 in 4 Saturday rota

Role Overview
As an RVN, you’ll be fully involved in all aspects of nursing, supporting both medical and surgical cases within a modern first-opinion setting. You’ll work closely with vets and support staff to deliver high standards of patient and client care.
Facilities & Services

Dental procedures
Diagnostic imaging
Neutering and routine surgeries
Preventative healthcare
General medical and inpatient care
Key Responsibilities
Nurse consultations and inpatient care
Theatre and anaesthesia support
Monitoring and post-operative care
Client communication and education
Maintaining high clinical standards
Supporting a collaborative team approach
Working Pattern
Full time – 40 hours over 4 days
Part time considered
1 in 4 Saturdays
No OOH or on-call
Candidate Requirements
RCVS Registered Veterinary Nurse
Small animal practice experience preferred
Team player with strong communication skills
Passion for patient care and client service
Proactive and organised approach
