Responsibilities
Evaluate and manage non-critical urgent care cases
Collaborate with ER clinicians, nursing staff, and specialists
Maintain accurate medical records and client communication
Ensure quality patient care and client satisfaction
Participate in continuing education and team development initiatives
Candidate Profile
DVM or equivalent degree with state licensing completed
DEA license (state and federal)
Strong communication, teamwork, and clinical skills
Passionate about urgent and emergency care
Adaptable, growth-oriented, and committed to high-quality patient care
Compensation & Benefits
Starting salary: $147,000 with monthly production bonuses and no non-competes (ranging from $145k to $165k)
