Responsibilities
Examine, diagnose, and treat urgent care patients promptly and accurately
Communicate medical information and treatment plans clearly with clients
Collaborate with a skilled team of technicians and fellow veterinarians
Maintain accurate medical records and ensure quality standards
Participate in continuous education, mentorship, and team growth initiatives
Support hospital operations and client satisfaction in a high-volume environment
Candidate Profile
DVM or VMD degree from an accredited institution
Valid state veterinary license
Commitment to high-quality emergency and urgent care medicine
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Tech-savvy with familiarity in practice management software considered a bonus
Flexible, empathetic, and collaborative team member
Compensation & Benefits
Salary Range: USD $125,000–$140,000 (includes base and production)
