We are seeking a Full-Time or Part-Time Urgent Care Veterinarian (DVM) to join a brand-new, state-of-the-art urgent care clinic in Leland, NC. This role offers flexible scheduling with no overnight shifts, allowing you to deliver high-quality care while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
You’ll have the opportunity to practice medical autonomy, using your expertise to guide patient care, while receiving full support from the clinic team and leadership. This is an exciting opportunity to launch a new clinic and help shape its culture and standards.

Responsibilities
Provide high-quality urgent care for small animals, including diagnostics, treatments, and procedures
Mentor and collaborate with other veterinarians and clinic staff
Promote a positive clinic culture that aligns with organizational values
Maintain professional standards, ethics, and compliance with veterinary regulations
Communicate effectively with clients to ensure trust and clarity in patient care
Candidate Profile
Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or equivalent from an accredited university
Active veterinary state license
5+ years of veterinary experience in general practice, urgent care, or related fields
DEA license and USDA accreditation (or ability to obtain upon hire)
Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor other veterinarians
Compassionate, collaborative, and committed to high-quality patient care
Compensation & Benefits
Competitive compensation ($170,000 to $190,000) with generous sign-on and performance bonuses
