Responsibilities
Provide high-quality care for urgent cases such as wounds, ear infections, vomiting/diarrhea, and euthanasia
Deliver care with a relationship-based approach, prioritizing client communication and patient well-being
Collaborate with clinical team and leadership to foster a supportive work environment
Support development of staff through internal LevelUp training programs
Manage a variable caseload efficiently during open hours
Candidate Profile
Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) from an AVMA-accredited college (or ECFVG/PAVE certified)
Active veterinary license or eligibility to obtain licensure in South Carolina
Comfortable providing urgent care in a fast-paced, single-doctor setting
Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
Open to all experience levels, from recent graduates to experienced veterinarians
Compensation & Benefits
Salary ranging from $165,000 to $185,000
Paid Continuing Education (CE) days & allowance
Paid state licensing fees, AVMA, and professional dues
