Responsibilities
Examine, diagnose, and treat companion animal patients
Perform surgical and dental procedures based on skill level and interest
Utilize in-house diagnostics, imaging, and laboratory equipment
Educate clients on preventive care, treatment plans, and wellness
Provide compassionate guidance for end-of-life care
Maintain accurate medical records and comply with regulatory standards
Collaborate with technicians and support staff to deliver high-quality care
Candidate Profile
Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) from an accredited institution
Active Alabama veterinary license (or ability to obtain)
Eligibility to obtain DEA licensure
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Interest in collaboration, mentorship, and continuous learning
Passion for patient care and client education

Compensation & Benefits
Salary range: $115,000 – $130,000 annually
