The Medical Director will partner with the practice manager and hospital leadership to implement improvements, support staff development, and ensure the hospital operates at the highest professional standards. About the Practice
This small animal veterinary practice serves Arlington Heights and surrounding communities including Mount Prospect, Elk Grove, Des Plaines, Palatine, Rolling Meadows, and Prospect Heights.

Primary care services for cats and dogs, including wellness, preventive care, surgery, vaccines, and diagnostics

Candidate Profile
Required Qualifications:
Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM / VMD) or equivalent degree
State Veterinary Board License in good standing
DEA license or eligibility to obtain one
Strong leadership, communication, and clinical skills
Commitment to fostering a supportive, collaborative hospital culture
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous leadership experience in a veterinary practice
