Clinical services include routine care, surgery, in-house diagnostics, ultrasound, EKG, and exotics care, supported by a skilled team and modern equipment. The environment is designed to empower leaders to practice and manage medicine in a way that aligns with their values and vision.

Responsibilities
Provide high-quality medical and surgical care to small animal patients
Lead, mentor, and support veterinarians and clinical staff
Set and uphold medical standards and best practices
Oversee clinical protocols, case management, and quality of care
Foster a collaborative, positive hospital culture
Communicate effectively with clients and team members
Support operational and strategic initiatives alongside leadership
Candidate Profile
DVM or equivalent from an accredited veterinary school
Active California veterinary license
DEA license and USDA accreditation required
Proficient in general medicine and surgery
Strong leadership and mentorship skills
Confident decision-maker with excellent communication abilities
Experience with exotics a plus, but not required
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: $150,000 – $200,000 (DOE)
