Responsibilities
Provide high-quality medical care using modern diagnostic and treatment approaches
Perform routine wellness exams, sick visits, and preventive care
Diagnose and manage medical cases with confidence and compassion
Educate clients on preventive care, nutrition, and long-term pet health
Maintain accurate and thorough medical records
Manage caseloads efficiently while prioritizing urgent cases
Build strong, lasting relationships with clients and the local community
Collaborate with veterinary technicians and support staff to ensure excellent patient outcomes
Candidate Profile
Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM or equivalent)
Licensed in California, or eligible for California licensure
New graduates encouraged to apply with mentorship provided
Strong communication and client education skills
Passion for small animal medicine and patient-centered care
Team-oriented mindset with a commitment to professional growth
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary: $110,000–$180,000 annually
