Responsibilities
As a Veterinarian, you will:
Perform exams, diagnostics, surgeries, dentistry, and prescribe medications
Provide preventative care, treatment plans, and client education
Collaborate with staff to ensure high-quality, client-centered care
Contribute to hospital leadership, policy development, and team mentorship
Maintain accurate patient records and comply with veterinary regulations
Candidate Profile
We are seeking candidates who:
Hold a DVM or VMD degree from an accredited institution
Have a valid Florida veterinary license (or eligibility)
Are clinically proficient in spay/neuter, dentistry, soft tissue surgery, and general practice procedures
Have a strong interest in leadership and practice ownership
Demonstrate excellent communication, collaboration, and compassionate client care
Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary: $120,000 – $150,000/year
