Responsibilities

As a Veterinarian, you will:

  • Perform exams, diagnostics, surgeries, dentistry, and prescribe medications

  • Provide preventative care, treatment plans, and client education

  • Collaborate with staff to ensure high-quality, client-centered care

  • Contribute to hospital leadership, policy development, and team mentorship

  • Maintain accurate patient records and comply with veterinary regulations

Candidate Profile

We are seeking candidates who:

  • Hold a DVM or VMD degree from an accredited institution

  • Have a valid Florida veterinary license (or eligibility)

  • Are clinically proficient in spay/neuter, dentistry, soft tissue surgery, and general practice procedures

  • Have a strong interest in leadership and practice ownership

  • Demonstrate excellent communication, collaboration, and compassionate client care

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary: $120,000 – $150,000/year
