Responsibilities
As a Partner Veterinarian and Co-Owner, you will:
Lead and co-own your veterinary center, contributing to strategic growth
Build and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a positive, collaborative culture
Oversee daily operations, clinical standards, and client experience
Collaborate with leadership on hiring, scheduling, budgeting, and operational planning
Maintain clinical excellence, ensuring quality care across all services
Shape hospital protocols and practice standards aligned with your vision
Candidate Profile
We’re looking for candidates who have:
DVM/VMD from an accredited institution and valid state license
4+ years of clinical experience with proven leadership ability
A passion for preventive care, client service, and practice ownership
Comfort with technology and modern practice management tools
Fear Free and HABRI certification (or willingness to obtain)
Strong vision and enthusiasm to build a practice aligned with your values
Compensation & Benefits
$150k to $170k + profit sharing from day one
