A collaborative team of 7 Certified Veterinary Technicians and 10 veterinary assistants
One-on-one mentorship for new graduates

Key Responsibilities
Perform routine and advanced medical exams and treatments for companion animals
Deliver compassionate client education and communication
Collaborate with veterinary and support staff to ensure high-quality patient care
Participate in mentorship programs and peer case reviews
Uphold clinic standards for medical excellence and client service
Candidate Profile
Required Qualifications:
Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or equivalent from an accredited institution
Licensure to practice in Illinois, or eligibility to obtain
Commitment to high-quality veterinary care and professional ethics
Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in small animal medicine, soft tissue surgery, or specialized procedures
Interest in mentoring new graduates and contributing to a collaborative environment
Passion for community engagement and client education

Salary: Competitive, based on experience (ranging from $150k to $170k)
