About the Role
As Medical Director and Co-Owner, you will lead both the clinical and cultural direction of the hospital while continuing to practice excellent medicine. You’ll have the autonomy to shape workflows, standards of care, and team culture, with strong operational and clinical support behind you.

Responsibilities
Provide clinical leadership and set medical standards across the hospital
Mentor and develop associate veterinarians and clinical staff
Foster a positive, collaborative, and engaging team culture
Deliver high-quality medical and surgical care
Partner with operations and leadership teams on hospital growth
Build strong client relationships and community trust
Candidate Profile
DVM / VMD or equivalent qualification
Licensed or eligible for licensure in Texas
Previous leadership or Medical Director experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Passion for mentorship, culture-building, and quality medicine
Entrepreneurial mindset with interest in ownership and long-term growth
